Membership Terms

What you get when you join Webprofits Academy, what you can do with it, and the few things you can't. In plain English.

What the membership is

Webprofits Academy is a monthly membership. It gives one person access to the training, the playbooks, the Skills Library, the consulting-call recordings and the member community for as long as the membership is paid.

The membership is for you. It can't be shared, transferred or sold.

Your licence

Everything inside the Academy is owned by Webprofits Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 74 664 159 620). Joining gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own work, for your own business or your clients, for as long as you're a member.

You can use what you learn, the skills and the templates on any project you work on. That's the point.

What you can't do

Share your login, or let anyone else use your account.
Download, record, screen-capture or copy the videos, lessons, playbooks or call recordings, beyond what the platform itself allows for your own use.
Post, upload, share or sell any Academy content anywhere else: file hosts, forums, Telegram, Discord, "group buy" sites, reseller sites or anywhere public.
Join as part of a group buy, or buy a membership with the intent to copy it.
Scrape or bulk-download the member site or feed its content into a tool that redistributes it.
Present Academy content as your own training product.

What happens if you do

Your membership ends immediately, with no refund for the current period.
We identify the account to the platforms and hosts carrying the copy, and to the payment providers behind them.
We may recover the costs of removal from you, and we keep every other right we have.

Every video and download carries identifiers that tie a copy back to the account it came from.

Billing

Billing is monthly, in advance, on the card you joined with, until you cancel.
Cancel any time at webprofitsacademy.com/manage-membership. Your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no refunds for part of a month.
If a payment fails we'll retry it and email you. Access pauses until it's paid.
Your price stays the same for as long as you stay a member. If you leave and come back, you rejoin at the current price.

The community

Be useful, be straight, be generous. No pitching other members, no spam, no sharing anything from inside the community outside it without the author's okay. We can remove a post or a member who breaks that.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll email every member first. Changes apply from the date in the email.
